Borestone Mountain Weekend Adventure

  • Borestone Mountain Mountain Rd Guilford, ME, 04443 United States (map)

Maine Yoga Adventures is heading to a gorgeous Maine Audubon sanctuary for hiking, paddling, yoga practices, evening explorations, and healthy food!

This adventure is designed so that you can choose your level of physical activity: take it up, bring it down or a bit of both.

Holly Twining founder of MYA and Kelly Anchors certified yoga & paddling teacher will be your guides. Jenny Shemwell will join us too, experienced hiker and biker and MYA's very own cheerleader.

Encompassing more than 1,600 acres in Maine's Hundred Mile Wilderness region, Borestone Mountain Sanctuary offers a spectacular array of natural features, including rare older forest, three crystalline ponds, exposed granite crags and sweeping panoramic views.  (http://maineaudubon.org/find-us/borestone-mountain-sanctuary/)
