Holly Twining founded MYA in 2015 to offer up a blend of yoga and nature adventures. Adventures include a host of outside options such as hiking, climbing, skiing, ice skating, horseback riding, and more.
Maine Yoga Adventures connects people to the outdoors and fellow adventurers within moments of an adventure's start - ease is found with plenty of movement and laughter.
Unique adventures engage adventurers in different locales in Maine and beyond. MYA uses local businesses both at home and aboard; local is sustainable. Adventures are a learning experience, an opportunity to soak in diverse cultures, get outside, and connect.

Holly teaches a variety of yoga classes from gentle to aerial to intermediate. She also teaches Mantis Yoga for Kids. Holly trained in Unnata Aerial Yoga and plays around with paddleboard yoga and acro yoga as well. Holly often appears on local tv to feature upcoming adventures with a yoga flow.
