Join Maine Yoga Adventures on a day that’s usually full of pranks & bad jokes – we’ll turn it around an make it a fabulous albeit slightly foolish beginning to April.

Start on the waterfront in Brewer overlooking the mighty Penobscot River. We’ll take in a walk with yoga sequences along the way that keep us warm and energized.  Laughter yoga will be attempted so please come with your sense of humor!

From there, adventurers will cross the street over to Tiller & Rye, a local grocer with fresh quality food. We’ll partake in their wine tasting, a celebration as well for they're turning one year old!

Then Tiller & Rye will fill our bellies with nutritious and nourishing food to prepare for the next layer of adventuring – Ice Skating! That’s right, we’re joining in the Disco Skate Party (Frozen Friday Light & Sound Skate) at Penobscot Ice Arena with DJ Sparkles. MYA will take care of your skate rentals if you don't have your own.

Cost: $50 adventurers /$40 student adventurers (21+)
