The month of November has never looked so bright! Join Maine Yoga Adventures on an incredible journey to a few new Maine breweries via growler bus - Over The River and Thru The Woods!
Come socialize, drink great beer and work on your flexibility! The super awesome growler bus will transport adventurers between destinations. MYA will have some extra goodies in the bus for snacking, some seated yoga poses, good conversation & plenty of laughter to share...
Adventurers will meet up at Nocturnem in Bangor by 12:45pm then hop onto the bus. First up is Brewer’s newest nano brewery, Blank Canvas Brewery.
Started in August of 2015, owner and head brewer Steven Genthner is sure to have creative brews for sampling. Steven favors classic styles with a unique twist.
Next up…Mason’s Brewing Co.
Mason’s Brewing Company is a small specialty Craft Brewery located on the Historical Penobscot River in Brewer. A “Destination” providing patrons with a craft beer experience like no other in the state. Mason’s Brewing Company is housed in a 6400 sq ft historic grain mill replica offering a number of rotating taps as well as an elevated dining experience including items from its West Coast gastropub inspired menu.
Mason’s Brewing Company’s handcrafted beers are brewed under the close personal attention of the owner Chris Morley and Brewers Forrest Brown and Scott Magnun. In addition to a tour and samples at Mason’s, adventurers will enjoy one of their specialty pizzas.
Then we’ll head out of town to the beautiful location of Airline Brewing Co.
Airline Brewing Company opened early in 2015 and is becoming known as one of the best rural small breweries in the area. The Brewery is located on beautiful Route 9 in Amherst and housed in the Paul Bunyan Furniture Mill which is filled with generations of local history and memorabilia. The owners and employees are focused on great beer, supporting community and exceptional customer service.
Cost $70/single; $120/for two – Includes samples and tours at all locations and a pizza lunch on the deck at Mason’s. And, a yoga practice at each & every location and perhaps on the bus as well!
