Join Holly, founder of MYA, for a chair based flow in support of Lori Kogut’s family who have experienced a tragic loss.

We’ll send out healing energy and love as we move through a chair dance, a fun intermingling of chair yoga and burlesque. Open to all, open to everyone!

Donations will be accepted through Maine Yoga Adventures on Venmo or checks can be written to Lori and Holly will be sure to pass them on. This is a benefit class, all proceeds will go to the family.
