Join Holly down at the Stillwater River for a pop-up, last minute, session of paddleboard yoga! Bring your board down to the boat launch at the corner of Bennoch Rd & Noyes Drive in Orono (and if you have an anchor, bring along that too). Sorry that I don’t have rental boards available for this pop-up :)

We’ll drop in close to shore and get in some fun postures whilst floating in the sun. We can cool off in the water afterwards if adventurers are up for it.

Dress comfortably either in a bathing suit and/or shorts, tank top or t-shirt.
