Join Maine Yoga Adventures on an amazing overnight adventure in stunning Penobscot, Maine!
With the beach just steps away from a glorious seaside home with amazing views, we'll enjoy yoga & nature explorations, a wine tasting, healthy food, stargazing, an outdoor fire, and more...
We will begin our adventure with an outdoor yoga practice opening up our senses and taking in the beautiful setting. Then take a nature walk exploring the shoreline.
A MYA guided wine tasting will bring our community together at the homestead. We'll have an excellent selection of bottles from BookStacks in Bucksport. And, adventurers will enjoy a vegetarian and vegan evening meal provided by a popular local caterer, MarKels Bakehouse from Castine.
MYA will offer up plenty of healthy snacks before dinner and breakfast items in the morning.
Bring your sleeping bag (we're placing it on a bed, not on the floor), your curiosity and adventurous spirit! And, as an option outside of the 'official adventure', feel free to bring a canoe, kayak or paddleboard along with your pfd to play in the water.

We'll have plenty of time for evening adventures such as stargazing & storytelling as we enjoy the night sky and an outdoor fire.
Overnight options:
- Main House for 4 adventurers
- A-frame for 5-6 adventurers
- Above the garage for 2-3 adventurers
