With the beach just steps away from a glorious seaside home with amazing views, we'll enjoy yoga & nature explorations, healthy food and wine, stargazing, an outdoor fire, and more...
The adventure begins with an outdoor yoga practice opening up our senses and taking in the beautiful setting. We'll then take a nature walk exploring the shoreline.
Adventurers will enjoy an excellent selection of wine from BookStacks in Bucksport. MYA will provide healthy snacks and breakfast in the morning. Everyone will love the vegetarian evening meal by popular local caterer Markel's Bakehouse in Castine.
As an option outside of the 'official adventure', kayaks are available to play in the water or you can feel free to bring your own watercraft. Sometimes it's nice to simply grab a chair, sit in the sun, breathe it in and relax...
We'll have plenty of time for evening adventures of stargazing and storytelling as we enjoy the night sky and an outdoor fire.
MYA will bring the chocolate, graham crackers and vegan marshmallows!
