Maine Yoga Adventures is headed to the beautiful Bethel Inn Resort and it's surrounding territory for a two night stay of skiing (cross-country and/or downhill), yoga, delicious vegetarian food, outdoor heated pool sessions and more.
Adventurers will relax in a townhouse that includes spacious living and dining areas, fireplace, outside deck and access to the inn's amenities. Both bedrooms have private baths, one has a king bed, the other with two queens.
The inn boasts 35 km of cross country ski (adventurers can easily rent skis), snowshoe and fat bike trails, a health club with an outdoor heated pool, saunas, workout room, and spa services.
If you have downhill skis, bring em! Adventurers can easily get to either Sunday River, Mt. Abram or Black Mountain for a super downhill experience. Ski passes and rentals are not included in the adventure but rates are reasonable.
MYA will provide a fantastic place to stay in a beautiful mountain village for two nights with plenty of places to explore, healthy delicious homemade breakfasts and dinners prepared by Machelle LaHaye, yoga practices either inside or out (snowga!), a terrific community of adventurers (ice skating, sleigh rides might be sweet possibilities too!)...
If you can not arrive at the townhouse until later in the evening, no worries! Adventurers can also decide to arrive earlier to put on snowshoes or skis or jump on a fat bike and hit the trails!
Area Attractions: over 175 downhill ski trails, dog sledding, state and national parks, shopping, hiking, antiquing, National Historic District and more. Bethel Village Trails is a non-profit program that provides trails for Nordic skiing, fat biking, and snowshoeing - amazing trails!
