Come and explore the beauty of nature in Deer Isle with MYA! Nestled into the sweetest cove where our weekend abode is perched, the water just steps away, the sunsets will arrive dramatic and stunning. Adventurers will enjoy yoga & nature explorations, paddling, yummy vegetarian food (sourced as locally as possible) & wine, stargazing, campfires, and more...

Please know that your arrival time can be flexible, Holly will be there, ready and waiting. The adventure begins with a simple and stretchy outdoor yoga practice opening up our senses and taking in the setting. Beginning yogis welcome!

We'll get into happy hour with lovely views from the porch. Some dipping of toes in the sea and exploring the shoreline will happen as we await dinnertime lovingly prepared by an MYA cook.

We'll have plenty of time for evening adventures of stargazing and storytelling as we enjoy the night sky and an outdoor fire. MYA will bring the chocolate, graham crackers and vegan marshmallows!

Saturday and Sunday will also include yoga, yummy food and nature explorations. MYA will add in free time for getting out in your favorite watercraft, please bring along your canoe, kayak or paddleboard; some availability is at the house.

There are many local conservation parcels, including lovely Holbrook Island Sanctuary. Our group can decide on a hike or two and also visit the villages of Deer Isle and Stonington.

This is a fantastic area for birding as well! The weekend adventure can be taken at your own pace, you can spice it up with lots of activity or get into a more meditative mode bringing along your favorite book. Please note that we’ll be relatively unplugged, a weekend without wifi :)

Inside the main house are four bedrooms; queen size bed, two double beds, and a set of bunkbeds. MYA will have a bunkhouse as well (sorry without a bathroom - run to the main house) with two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with triple bunks (cool! I didn’t know you could triple stack until now!). Of course there’s a great kitchen and a fab lounging area or two.
