Join MYA for a last minute adventure that will lengthen your spine, open your heart, soothe your feet and bring happiness to your belly!
The adventure begins in Brewer at Om Land Yoga with an hour long, simple, feel good aerial yoga practice (beginners welcome and experienced yogis too!). We’ll explore some postures in the hammock and also play with some upside down fun. Remember as in every yoga class, there are modifications and you only go where your body wants to go :)
Adventurers will then head outside onto the new expanse of beautiful trail alongside the Penobscot River. We’ll take in the views of water, flowers, and wildlife, and also settle down for a sweet riverside picnic. Our food will be vegetarian and as locally sourced as possible.

What could be better to follow up a walk? A foot soak! Yes, our group will head back towards the yoga studio to Soma Novo Bodywork. New owners have taken over this fab spa space and adventurers will love lounging there and perhaps partaking in a bit of prosecco or margarita to go with the soaking. Cheers!
