For MYA’s second session of zooming online with adventurers, we’ll sip our favorite wine whilst flowing through a yoga session (a glass of your fav non-alcoholic bubbly if you prefer). Post yoga grab your fav snack and we can all let loose and freely whine about our changed lives, talk about anything you’ve been dying to get off your chest. No judgement just let those words roll out.

Donations will be accepted via VENMO or any other way you’d like; otherwise, it’s free! If you don’t have the means, and no worries, I get it!
