May is the perfect month to get creative, to try things you haven’t before albeit still at a distance :) For this sixth round of zooming, adventurers will get in a vinyasa yoga flow then move onto some free writing fun.
This vigorous flow will keep us moving, keep us breathing, keep our minds clear and get muscles warmed up and stretched out. All levels are welcome, modify wherever, whenever you need to!
Post yoga, grab your fav snack (or dinner!) and beverage. Have your pencil or pen or laptop ready to try some quick timed writing to see what comes out automatically then we’ll get a bit more specific with a writing prompt or two. Sharing is optional but encouraged. Please know that you do not have to be a “writer” to enjoy writing, this is purely experimental. You never know what might come to the surface, it’ll sure be interesting to find out.
Donations will be accepted via VENMO (under Maine Yoga Adventures) or any other way you’d like; otherwise, it’s free. If you don’t have the means, no worries!
