Mix up your midweek with a nourishing workshop that highlights the chakras, the seven energy centers of the body. The goodness will begin with a chakra based yoga flow led by Michelle. Beginners welcome! Sophia will then lead the group into a, "talk and taste," of various healthy foods that help to support our chakras through color, taste, and function.
We'll then take it outside and explore the natural world at Bangor City Forest with our senses and chakras wide open.
