At Seal Harbor, Acadia Stand Up Paddle Boarding will offer up paddleboards that will serve as our platform for finding our cores, finding a flow, and soothing moments of relaxation. Enjoy yoga on the sparkling water and spend time exploring the beautiful surroundings whilst paddling.
After playing on the water as the sun begins to descend, we'll travel to Ellsworth for a healthy dinner and closing ceremony at Opening Heart Fitness Studio.
