Join Team Maine Yoga Adventures as we take on the Wicked Muddy Mainer! Mix your Saturday up with some fun funky obstacles, plenty of mud, spontaneous yoga moments, tons of laughter, yummy snacks and drinks & more…
We’ll meet up on the grounds at 8:30am with introductions and a few stretches to get us going. Perhaps some cheerleading will occur to get us super motivated! What are we getting ourselves into?
Well, a wave of 100 people will be released onto the monstrous course every 20 minutes throughout the day. Athletes (adventurers!!!) will work their way through 20 muscle ripping obstacles spanning over 120 acres of mud soaked trudging hell; but don't worry we're sure you'll be fine.
It’s all in the name of FUN! MYA won’t be breaking any course records, we’re just gonna get through it alive!
You will get a fab t-shirt, a well-deserved beer and heck ya, a medal! Of course you’ll get a sweet yoga practice beside the lovely Penobscot River and MYA will serve you up some special snacks as well. Afterwards, we may want to dance to some bands and perhaps savor another drink or two. Sounds like a wicked fabulous Saturday - yahooooo!
