Join MYA for a beautiful morning hike up Beehive in Acadia National Park before the crowds take over! We’ll get in a stretchy yoga practice afterwards, enjoy a refreshing dip (super cold plunge!) in the sea, and eat yummy food on the beach.
Beehive is one of MYA’s fav trails and yes, parts can be a lil scary for those with fear of heights but no worries, we go slow and take in the views with deep breaths the whole way through. And those views, well, they are spectacular! Please know that the trail up is not very long and the way down is winding & easy; a 1.5 loop.
When we hit the parking lot, we can use bathrooms and changing rooms and get ready for the beach. Yoga in the sand, love it! The water will be cold but who doesn’t love a challenge. Adventurers can dive into a vegetarian picnic with tasty brunchy delectibles.
Keep in mind that we have Sunday as our raindate just in case :)
