After our fun frolic outdoors we’ll head to Bangor to Peak Wellness for warmth, a heated vinyasa flow with the talented & wonderful Sarah Thibault. Sarah is a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and owner of Peak Wellness LLC, a fitness, yoga, and wellness studio offering individualized personal training, health coaching, yoga and group fitness.
Adventurers will enjoy this yoga practice for all levels, flowing and heated, comprised of a series of postures connecting breath and movement set to engaging music.
