Join MYA for big fun at Viles Arboretum, a 224 acre botanical garden, and XGravity Fitness, for a pumping neon bungee party! Adventurers will also enjoy outdoor yoga, a yummy vegetarian picnic, and more…

The adventure begins at beautiful Viles Arboretum in Augusta. The varied landscape ecology presents incredible birding, wildlife watching and photography opportunities. Not only we will have a chance to peruse botanicals, we’ll also take the boardwalk trail to see painted turtles, green frogs and several species of warblers such as Common Yellowthroats and Yellow Warblers. Don’t forget your binos!

We’ll get in some spontaneous yoga inside the Conifer Collection or the Governors Grove. There’s a visitor’s center and a gift shop that we can check out and most importantly, restrooms :)

After the arboretum, we’ll head to the Gardiner waterfront for a vegetarian gourmet picnic. With happy bellies, we’ll take a sweet stroll along the Kennebec River. Adventurers will enjoy another short and sweet yoga practice with plenty of good stretching.

After our gentler explorations, adventurers will love up a neon bungee party led by super talented circus inspired Ben Bowden. We’ll be at Ben’s new home base and wickedly looking forward to the bouncy floor and high ceilings! Adventurers will return to the 80s and the super fly days of disco with XGravity Bungee, pull out leg warmers and neon apparel, the brightest & boldest, and get ready to get physical. Adventurers will immerse themselves in a nightclub feel with black lights and fog machines. We’ll burn calories to songs from Madonna, Donna Summer and more!

Never tried bungee fitness, no problem, no experience necessary. Bungee Fitness is a fun and exciting low-impact and high intensity workout. Adventurers will get in some cool moves perhaps never thought possible with the Astro-Durance System. Think of it as bungee playtime with Ben leading us the whole way through. Adventurers will have two hours getting to know a new way to move nicely supported through the air.

Join MYA & XGravity Bungee for a wicked awesome adventure that moves from daytime into night with all kinds of funky fun in between! Adventurers will enjoy riverside partner yoga, delicious vegetarian food, and super cool neon retro bungee fitness…

The adventure begins along the Penobscot River with an hour long, simple, feel good partner yoga practice. We’ll explore postures that allow for deep breaths and a little more stretch with a buddy. Partner yoga tends to bring up the giggles, that makes it refreshing and a lot of fun. Remember, there will always be modifications and you only go where your body wants to go. No experience required and no partner necessary - don’t let that hold you back from enjoying yoga by the river!

A yummy vegetarian food picnic with a gourmet flair is up next. To help adventurers digest, we’ll take a lovely stroll along the river, slow and easy taking in the children’s garden and the flora & fauna along the way.

Then, oh yes, MYA will be hitting the bungee fitness again but we’re changing it up, going all in with a Neon Retro Bungee Party! Adventurers will bounce back to the 80s and the super fly days of disco with XGravity Bungee. Pull out the leg warmers and neon apparel and get ready to get physical. Feel free to hit the local thrift stores for some fab outfit possibilities. Adventurers will immerse themselves in a nightclub feel with black lights and fog machines. We’ll get into burning calories to songs from Madonna, Donna summer and many more!

Ben Bowden, super talented circus inspired pro of XGravity Bungee, will be our host with the most at Next Generation Theatre. Never tried bungee fitness, no worries, it’s an exciting low-impact high intensity workout. Any fitness level is welcome. Adventurers will get in some cool moves perhaps never thought possible with the Astro-Durance System - definitely bungee playtime with Ben leading us the whole way thru.
